    I was using ATI's library tool, v.9.02, to convert an avi to mpeg2. The quality for both the high(720x480) and medium(352x480) quality was not bat at all, except it inverted vertically and now the video is upside down.

    The avi was compressed with huffy and captured with the ATI tv capture utility. It plays from within library perfectly. Converting to mpeg inverts it.

    Any suggestions or solutions?

    Download and install the bicubic resizer codec.

    Then select the option to flip the video.
