I recently burned a SVCD using TMPGEnc. The setting was "Super Video-CD PAL (MPEG-2 480x576 25fps CQ 65, Layer-2 44100Hz 224kbps)"
I try splitting file using Merge & Cut tools on TMPGEnc. It kept locking up my PC. So I finally used DVtool to split the file and it worked file.
Now I tried playing the movie on an Apex AD1500 and AD500W.
The resolution was fine. However, every other second, the picture becomes wavy.
I burned the movie on a CDR-W. Does this matter ? Or Should I have burned it on a CDR? Did I do something wrong during the encoding process? Or Perhaps the machine aren't as good?
Appreciate any help !
Steve
