    I just moved to Belguim from the states and have a ATI 7500 All-In-Wonder card that shows NTSC as the Broadcast Standard and I would like to change it for the European type Broadcast Standard capturing which is PAL or Secam but all i see is NTSC, is there someone that can please helpme with this?

    The coax is hardware, cannot be changed. The composite and s-video can be changed on the screen where color/contrast/etc is altered.
