hi all, i want to create a dvd using 2 dv tapes i have, i want to join them to create 1 seamless dvd, can ne 1 shed n e light on how i go about this?

1. Transfer the dv tapes to the harddrive.
2. If you need to make any edits, do so with a Video Editing Program.
3. Convert the avi files to mpeg2 format. DVD compliant files.
4. Author the dvd with a DVD authoring program.
Those are the steps I use. There are guides in this website that
I have used and I have eventually developed my own process.

If you just want them to play one after the other, the authoring program will do that. They will play seamlessly. No need to combine them before.
