Copy 2 DVDs ?

Is there a program or a way to copy 2 DVDs onto 1 DVD+RW?

And is there a selection in DVD Shrink that allow you to select the videos you want or do not want to copy? If so where?

Absolutely. DVD Shrink is one of them.

Where is there an option on DVD Shrink to select which video to copy or not? Normally it copies the entire DVD and I don't want that. I would like to pick and choose.

And how would I add another video from a DVD?

Yes. It is all in the Re-author function. Select that, then preview the video streams shown. Drag n' drop the ones you want (main movie title) to the left. Use the drop menu to select titles from other folders (assuming you've ripped other movies/titles to your hard drive) to add to your composition. All this is laid out step-by-step in the guides to the left.

Yes but when I drag and drop and remove the Disc from the computer, the selection gets erased. How would you recommend I switch between disks but keep the files in the list? Do I need to back them up on my harddrive first?

Rip all the DVDs to your hard drive first. Then, when you Re-author, add files from this drop-down menu:
