    When I create a DVD using TMPGenc DVD it says that the file will be just under 4Gb

    but after it compiles the files the image is only about 300Mb.

    All the video files in the image play but are only the first 2mins 30secs of what should be there.

    Anyone have any idea whats going wrong?

    Not sure, as I don't save to an image file, I save to video_ts file and drag them into Nero to burn.

    Try doing it this way and see if it works ok.

    Are you having this problem with all files you author or just one? It may be the file is corrupt.
