can't get url snooper downloaded from this site to work

Hi folks!I've been trying to download url snooper.I downloaded the one from this site,unzipped and then ran the setup.exe but it says that I'm missing a required dll file "WPCAP.DLL"I also downloaded a copy from a yahoo group called buzzin hornets (I got the link from vcdhelp)When I started to download this version it says with the standard win 98 download manager that the file is 2.2mb but the downloaded file was only 1.something mb.When i ran this version it says that an intergrity check has failed because the size of the setup file should be bigger.As far as I know my pc is working fine.Can anybody clear up why I am being asked for a dll file or does anybody know where I can download this proggy.Thanks for your time in advance.This site is cool!CHEERS,JIMBO!
