  3. Actualy MS has a free one built into Windows Media Encoder. its not bad.

    It pops out in their strange format but is possible to convert into something usfull.

  4. I've heard of a program called Wink that is supposed to do this for instructional purpose, you are supposed to be able to add text like the 'tours' on some programs. I think it's free. Just google 'Wink'. I've never used it, just ran across it while browsing some download site.
    If it works, don't fix it.
