I'm not a huge SOYO fan but the chipset mentioned (i865PE + ICH5) and the 478 socket does support non-Celeron Pentium's (ie: regular P4's). You have to look closely but it supports P4 with hyperthreading / (and) Celeron processors. Could be a deal if you need a cheap board.I thought I replied to this already.
