    So basically you send them 80 bucks and they send you some RMA'd POS and a coupon for 75 of your 80 bucks back. Isn't that clever. I suppose it beats binning them and dragging them out to the curb.

    I thought I replied to this already. I tend to stay away from anything labled "celeron."
    I'm not a huge SOYO fan but the chipset mentioned (i865PE + ICH5) and the 478 socket does support non-Celeron Pentium's (ie: regular P4's). You have to look closely but it supports P4 with hyperthreading / (and) Celeron processors. Could be a deal if you need a cheap board.
