Is there anyway to make jpg or bmp file toghter with a 10 second wav or mp3 file, into a mpg file???
don't say TMPGenc because that won't do it

DVD region settings are a joke, I can't believe how stupid people are falling for it -
TMPGEnc can do that, but you might need to save the image as a .bmp file first.

toast won't do wav, so using mpg file instead of m2v file gets round that?
