Hello!
I'm capturing a 2-hour VHS video. Until 1-hour video the image is quite fine, but in the second half it shakes many times. Sometimes seems to be ghosty, as the elements appear twice simultaneously.
I don't know if it has to do with it, but the VHS output gets into a PAL-M/NTSC decoder (as the tape color system is PAL-M, the system used here in Brazil) and then to the capture card, a Pinnacle Studio Deluxe.
Could somebody help me, please?
Thanks in advance!

Probably what is happening is that there are some quality issues with the tape that is causing the capture card to get confused and screw up the interlacing in various ways.. I have seen this happen on my tapes before.
A time base corrector would probably help.
