  1. I have a project that I am trying to squeeze onto a single DVD.

Using Pinnacle Sudio 9, I have captured and edited my project from VHS.

If I select to use MPEG audio instead of PCM, I can get 185 minutes on a DVD.

    I need about 15 more!

Is there any way I can accomplish this? The lowest bitrate the GUI allows is 3000K/sec. I wonder if there is a way to change in the registry or something.

Any suggestions (besides not to use Pinnacle 9!)

Just make your VIDEO_TS and AUDIO_TS folders or an .ISO in Pinnacle, then DVDShrink it.

  3. Yeah, I was going to say DVDshrink it too.
Just make the 200min dvd folders and run it threw DVDshrink.

EDIT: or you could just lower the bitrate in Pinnacle. I'm not sure if you can though, I dont have Pinnacle.
