What the hell is this guy trying to say to me??

A fellow in Italy buys one of my dvd's...but pays for US shipping instead of oversees shipping....

My letter to him:
Luigi,

I'm sorry for the misunderstanding, but shipping to Italy is $10us. The $4us shipping rate is for inside the USA.

He replies the next day:
excuse I immediately provide me to send you the difference

Is he saying that he'll send the difference, or he wants me to provide another invoice with the difference due?

Sounds like he'll be sending the difference. I would provide a revised invoice showing the DVD purchase and including the Int'l shipping of $10.00 on a seperate line.

He's saying that he needs to consult with his brother (mario of course) and he'll fix you up with the difference.
