    Hello,

Here are some guides for avi to svcd:

    https://www.videohelp.com/guides.php?tools=&madeby=&formatconversionselect=AVI+to+SVCD&...or+List+Guides

One approach would be to demuliplex (strip out) the audio and remix the mpg. Use tmpgenc - file - mpeg tools - demultiplex. It will save as an .mp2 file.

Also do a forum search for "svcd audio synch" and your bound to find a ton of topics for it.
