Hello
I have purchased an Archos AV340 and am having problems converting video files to play on it. I have been using Virtual dub to do the converting and have been trying to convert MPG's and AVI's but everytime its done the conversion the audio is out of sync with the video. I have even used this tool called Yaai to put the audio back in sync and it seems to work on my computer but when I put the video onto the jukebox it goes out of sync again.
I have tried lots of things and nothing I try seems to work. Has anyone else had this problem and if so how have you overcome it?
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thank You

I have an Archos AV420 and I'm experiencing the same audio delay problems. The audio seems to be ahead of the video by 1 or 2 seconds for the entire length of the video clip. I've tried both simple profile and advanced simple profile XVID clips with the same results. I'm using Gordian Knot to produce the XVID clips. If anyone has a solution, please post.

In response to my own post... I figured out that using a constant bitrate mp3 file seems to fix the audio delay problem I've been experiencing. Before I was using a average bitrate mp3 file. I don't know why but I hope this helps.
