My wife LOVES her Musicmatch....personally I could do without it....ANYWAY...the title speaks for itself.
Windows Mediaplayer still plays CD's.
Roxio Easy CD Creator still previews CD just fine.
Just within the past few days Musicmatch has lost the ability to play CD's.
The CD is recognised, it looks like it is playing...but no sound from the speakers. Open an MP3 file in Musicmatch right after the CD with no audio....the MP3 plays fine with audio.
All of the computer Audio Settings look correct....and plus the fact that everything else has audio makes me believe it is a Musicmatch problem only. First we noticed that Musicmatch could not play from ONE of our drives...now it is both drives. Like I said....the drives are recognised but no audio.
I told my wife to simply un-install and re-install Musicmatch BUT....she has the full paid version(?) and cannot locate her key.
She's killing me. Of course this is MY fault with all of this damn DVD Software on here....
Any suggestions? I've installed nothing new in over a month.

Go into the help menu of musicmatch. There is a tab in registration that states retrieve lost key. It will tell you what your key is.
