  1. Video Card Gforce MX 400 64mb using NTSC(USA) out
TV - Sony Flat screen Triniton 29".

    Hello my friends.

The image I am getting from my PC is great quality, but it does not fill up my entire TV screen. I get around 3 cm black screen at the top and at the bottom, and the "critical" 7 cm on the right and left size of the screen.

I tried different drivers versions, with no success (Even the latest one from nvidia)
Also, I looked for something at the video card configuration options and there´s nothing there either from my understanding.

Someone could give me a hand on this???? Or at least further infromations about it??? Is there a way I can see my movies at the entire TV screen????

  2. I don't know if that card supports it but it might help you to know the feature is called overscan.

If you have the Nvidia latest drivers. You simply right click on the NVidia Settings Icon on your tray. Select TV Ouput and then you can do all the adjustments you need.

  4. Thank you so much for the tip, but I already did this.

I right clicked on the nvidia icon, got in the TV Out config, but it only alouds me to move the image up, down, left, right, but it does not lets me "strecht" the image, covering the black parts.

For example, if I hit the left button, the image starts to move to the left...when it was supposed to move "over" the black part in my tv screen, it starts to disappear.

    Did you understand it???

    Thank you.

  5. If you look in the middle of that screen you will see 2 small boxes one with 4 arrows pointing in and one with 4 arrows pointing out. Click on the one with the arrows pointing out and it will stretch.. keep clicking on it till you get your desired size.
