I was wondering if there was a way to make a picture slideshow where each picture would be displayed for 1 frame each? The reason anyone would want to do this is I am making a dvd of slideshows and I wanted to have an intro video that would play before the menu, quickly displaying all the pictures. Is there any program that can do anything like this? I tried moviemaker with the pictures displaying at .125 of a second but it refused to export the video because the source files had been moved or modified, which I know to be untrue.

If you have Premiere, you can use it to create the slideshow. It lets you set the time for each picture in frames. The default setting is 150 frames (5 sec), you can simply change it to 1 frame. Then when you drag the folder with the images into the timeline, they will be displayed for one frame each.
I'm not sure anyone can make out the images at that speed.Got my retirement plans all set. Looks like I only have to work another 5 years after I die........
