  1. i was trying to view this new anime i got but i cant seek (fast forward or rewind) so i decided to convert the video file but NONE of the programs work ... the file is a mpeg file can anyone help? thx

  2. Try running it through restream, check the Reset Timestamps box, and create a new MPEG. That may solve your problem.

    Generally try MainConcept Mpeg Encoder....

    I (we) don't know what kind of MPEG you have!

    Load it into Womble Mpeg-vcr then save it back as a new mpeg - no re-encoding required. (not overwriting the original of course!).
