  1. Hopefully I'm posting this in the right place. I just got the LG GSA-4120B burner today. What do I need to have and do to copy a DVD-RAM disc with 5 episodes of a series recorded from a standalone recorder to a DVD-R disc? I just have the software that came with the drive, Nero express, Power Producer Gold. The disc is already labeled and the episodes are named, so If I could just copy the disc the way it is that would be great. Do I need some other software? If so what do I need? I've been trying to do this all day with no luck.

  2. Anyone please. I know this has been discussed here before, but I can't find anything on the problem I have. The discs are from a standalone recorder and were edited on the recorder. When I try to copy them at the edit in point the video freezes and the audio keeps playing, when it gets to the edit out point it plays fine again till the next edit point. I will try anything if anyone has any ideas.

How big are the file sizes on the dvd-ram?

A dvd-ram will hold more than a dvdr.

You might need to compress by using dvdshrink.
