PCM to AC3

Hi, I'm trying to backup the U2 best of 90's dvd, and I reencoded it with no PCM audio, cause it says on the dvd it has PCM Stereo and DD Stereo as well, so I only left the Dolby digital, and when I watched the backup there was no sound, apparently the PCM track is used for the videos and the Dolby track for the commentaries, :S, so I now need to include the PCM track in order to listen to the videos , but the video quality drops so much it looks horrible, I mean, horrible, so, is there any way I could convert the PCM audio to Ac3 and use it instead of the PCM, can that be done or what?

Try ffmpegGUI - that should do the trick.
