I have a Leadtek WinFast DV2000 TV card & using the WinFast PVR Tuner/capture software.
I have tuned many TV channels, but even though the picture & colour quality is great & the motion is synchronized with the audio, the channel frame rate seems to be just a bit slower & sluggish, compared to a real TV.
It’s not terrible but the motion isn’t as natural as my real TV.
I live in Europe (Greece) & all my tuned channels are PAL.

I checked the settings of the card & software, but I didn’t find any option to fix this.

My system:
P4 2.4GHZ
768MBRAM PC800
GeForce4 Ti4200 128MB
SB Live 5.1
WinXP PRO SP1

Any ideas?
