  1. When I play my avi files on the computer using real player in the normal mode the picture quality is excellant, but the viewing window is small. When I go to full screen it is very blurry. Anything I could do to improve the quality so that in full screen theatre mode it is watchable??? By the way coverted to VCD and watched on the standalone DVD player and was very blurry as well. Thanks for any advice you may have.

Lower the screen resolution to 640x480 if you want to watch in full screen on your computer.

Convert to svcd or dvd instead of vcd.

But if your source is already low resolution(352x240 or lower) you can't do anything, garbage in garbage out.

  3. Thanks,

I wasn't sure if it was monitor settings or source file. The source avi is only 352X240, bitrate at 544 kps and 14.98 fps. So I guess it is my source. Even if I convert to DVD this soucre file is gabage as you say.

Thanks again saves me lots of time trying diferent things.
