I have a standalone TIVO. It has audio/video rca outputs to record to vcr.
first question-I assume this output is analog?

second question- Couldnt I just hook the outputs into a capture card since these will capture analog vcr input?

I record my tivo programs by hooking up the s video and audio through my
camcorder and send the signal to my computer through firewire, great
results, zero dropped frames, and then edit with studio
