mpeg decoders ....The best one please

which of this ones is the best??
MPEGDecoder.dll
MPEG2Dec3.dll
MPEG2Dec3dg.dll

Which of them is best in output quality??? or they just modify our conversion speed????? ...or both??

i have fineshed now some tests and, in terms of speed:

MPEGDecoder avg speed: 1.700 to 1.900
MPEG2Dec3dg avg speed: 3.600 to 3.900

now im just waiting to finish the "Mpeg2dec3dg" encode to see if the quality is good or better then "MPEGDecoder"


btw im using CCE 2.50 (above 2.67 speed seems to be similar whatever the mpeg2 decoder is)

Looks like you're well on the way to answering the question yourself. A month or so ago I had to revert to MPEG2Dec3.dll version 1.0.0.0 to get DVDRebuilder to work properly. Haven't had any cause to change anything, unless you give me a good reason (?)
