    Depends on the methods or parts you want.
    Are you printing with a CD/DVD printer (Epson R200/300) to injet DVDs? Use the software that came with it.
    Jackets and inserts? I've been very happy with Nero Cover Designer. Sometimes Paintshop Pro comes in handy.
