File size has nothing to do with the card, it has to do with the codec you are capturing.

You are from Canada, so I guess you are NTSC and you don't care for PAL.

Well, ASUS TV TUNER has great picture
Kworld XPERT TV-PVR 878 is bt8xx based, so is very flexible
LifeView FlyVideo 2000 has great reviews from NTSC users.
HAUPPAUGE WINTV-GO is a classic, Kworld and lifeView use about the same hardware (If I remember correct). Great 3rd party support, but mostly for PAL

Personally, I would go for the Kworld XPERT TV-PVR 878 (btwincap drivers...) but the best picture is the ASUS TV TUNER.

Moderators can check the IPs of the users.
It is a very nice feauture, that allows me to answer straight and correct any qustion!

If I didn't know your IP, I would post 2 - 3 pages of info, trying to explain all the possibilities and combinations you have, if you where NTSC or PAL.

An other benefit I personally have, is that I can adjust my language and the way I'm expressing myself when I know who I'm talk to. I get much less negative feedback that way!
