SVCD to DVD with Galactica's tutorial..help please

I am trying to convert 2 SVCD disks to dvd. I used Toast 6 to save a s disk image but am unable to change any files to .bin. I end up with files EXT, SVCD, SEGMENT, MPEG2 and unable to change any extensions so I can move to VCDtoolsX. Anyone know what I'm doing wrong? Thanks

you have to make a toast image of the disk

if you get this you are either 1. not doing it right or 2 mounting the image.

change the name of the image from .toast to .bin so it can be seen in vcdtoolx

if the mpeg2 file you claim you have works, as in it can be viewed then there you go - just use that
