I'm starting to do some analog camcorder AVI captures, PAL 352x576.
I'm looking for some suggested settings in TMPGEnc for encoding to PAL DVD.
CBR or VBR bitrates ?
Constant quality ?
Anything else you consider important.
Thanks

Why did this get moved ?
It was captured video to AVI using MJPEG codec set to 19.
Seems to fit the Advanced Conversion forum ,
"Conversion from captured material such as DV/MJPEG/Huffyuv to MPEG VCD or MPEG2 SVCD, CVD, DVD"
