  1. When I use any Recorder softwares to record the sounds in a video, the output sounds come out HORRIBLE!! The INPUT is very OK, but the OUTPUT sounds so bad!!

How to repair or change sound card ??

I would first get the latest drivers for the card and try them out.

Repairing is not really an option. If it is a bad card, they are resonably cheap to replace, depending on the quality you want and how much you want to spend.

If you are asking about changing a card, you just remove the old one and plug the new one in. If it is on the motherboard, you can still add a PCI card and disable the onboard audio.

No sense i trying to repair. New Sound cards start at about $10. Turn the power off, then just remove the old card from the slot (if onboard disable in the BIOS), put the new one in an empty slot, boot the system and load the drivers for the new card.

    Sloooooooooooooow down.

Is the sound output Ok with other sound sources?? (CD music, MP3)

The INPUT is very OK, but the OUTPUT sounds so bad!!
How do you know the input is OK?? Are you deriving this from the source?

Check line in/mic line levels - adjust for 80% try again.
Check connection between source and computer.

You need to claify your statement.
......to record the sounds in a video

I agree. Don't buy something new until you know you really need to. That's the #1 newbie mistake.

  8. It might be as simple as turning down the record volume.
