driver

i took the mini pci card out of my compaq presario 1200 notebook computer and put it into my dell inspiron 8000. i dont have the drivers for the card and im having a really hard time finding them. i was wondering it anyone could help me find a driver that would allow this card to work. its a card for the lan/modem. here is what it says on the card...

the compaq computer is broken so i cant turn it on and see what type of driver it had. i talked to the dell tech support and they cant help me cause it is not a dell card, but they said that it should work fine it the computer once i get the proper drives. i am operating on windows 2000. under the device manager, it is listed under "other devices" as "ethernet controller" and "pci simple communications controller" both with yellow question marks. i have checked the askey web site for the drivers, but i dont know the product name, so i dont know which one to download. i have also googled as "askey LNL020 D55" but was unable to find a driver that worked. if anyone could help me out that would be greatly appriciated. thanks in advance
