Does anyone know if there's a set-top player out there that can play raw PVA format MPEG-2 files from DVD-R? I record a lot of stuff from UK DVB-T and it would be useful if I could find a set top player that would play these discs. The files are MPEG2 TS (transport stream) rather than PS (the more usual "program stream" type). At the moment I archive the raw files from PC onto UDF DVD-R to watch on PC; and I only author DVD-Video discs occasionally as it's quite time consuming. So is there a player that can read MPEG2 TS files, or is such a thing impossible?
