    hi all

    i have a divx video NTSC (29.970 352x178 (16:9)) that i need to convert to PAL 4:3 ps for a project

    how do i do it ?
    i'm tried with tmpgenc and the aspect ratio is off

    help please

    4:3 with black borders? just choose fullscreen and keep aspect ratio under advanced, www.videohelp.com/tmpgencdvd

    or 4:3 with no black borders?

    thanx for the reply bout what about the ntcs 2 pal ?
    would TMPGEnc also take care of that and make sure the audio sync in kewl ?
