Getting ripping error, help!

im trying to rip "something about mary" and with smartripper, it freezes around half way saying broken blocks, and with dvddecrypter it stops at 47% and says

and thats it? any suggestions? im tryping to rip the whole dvd. by seleting all files in decrypter and in backup mode for smartriper, thanks if anyone can decifer this eror message

1) Clean the disc
2) Check to see if you have new newest ASPI drivers installed.
