    I reuse mini dv tapes after i get all the video onto my pc. Whats the easyest way to get rid of all the video on the tape so i can use it again?

    If i just tape over it i always loose my place because of the previous recordings on the tape.

    Put the lens cap on and hit the record button. Can't get any easier than that.
    Got my retirement plans all set. Looks like I only have to work another 5 years after I die........
