Not easily. Transcoders such as CloneDVD and InstantCopy 8 (Not 7) will let you "sort of" do this. Those selections will still be there on the menu, but they will lead to a short blank screen. This is, of course, better than nothing.
To actually remove the extras entirely is difficult. To remove the MENU OPTIONS for them is nearly impossible.

im not saying remove the menuy option completely like. I want it seeable on the menu just not selectable understand what i mean?

It is not as easy as it seems. This is actually very difficult and requires programs like menuedit. The simplest way I have found is to make a bitmap of the main menu screen. Then cut out the menu button you want using photoshop. Use dvdlab to have this menu buttons selectable as the main movie menu.

To remove the extras is easy, just delete the vobs that contain them. Leave the VTS_0X_0.vob though. As long as you never select the button to take you to that extra, all is well. If you do select it then the player will crash and you will have to hit play again to start the DVD. To avoid this just use a dummy vob.
To remove the button from a menu is also easy, but you will have to purchase MenuEdit. With it you can browse your menu's and delete the buttons that you don't want. Then when you navigate the DVD it will just skip between the buttons you left intact. -
I've done this a few times using DVDremake, and DVDrebuilder.

None of these options are "newbie-level easy". So unless you feel like a learning curve today...
Guys, he didn't strike me as the type who was advanced enough in this to be busting out anything tougher than DVD Shrink, y'know?
Also, what does any of this have to do with CCE?

My guess is that the OP is already using DVDrebuilder, hence the part of using CCE. But I may be completely wrong, as I usually am. If he is using DVDrebuilder, I can see where this question comes up since it doesn't have a feature included yet to strip the extras. But this is al speculation on my part.

But Gurm I really don't see what is difficult about it. You can just drag and drop a vob onto a software dvd player. Want it? Keep it. Don't want it? Delete it. Just keep the first vob in every titleset and keep every IFO and BUP and you are fine. Its no different then clearing out documents from your "My Documents" folder.
As for MenuEdit, sure its got tons of advanced features but for deleting buttons? Come on. Throw in the vob, go through each of the listed items and double click. It pulls up the menu as if you were watching the DVD. Pick a button you don't want, hit delete. Your done.
Anyone can do this.
