I am attempting to convert from xvid to dvd but when I get to the 5th step of this guide:
http://www.dvdguides.com/guides.phpcategory=othertodvd&name=tmpegenc
I cannot lower any of the numbers, in particular the % of disc capacity to make the output file fit onto a dvd-r. On one file it wouldn't go below 106% and the other wouldn't go below 178%
Gone and help a newb out...I checked out the problems and tips post and attempted to search the forum to no avail.
