I've got this guy who has taken the pics from a powerpoint presentation and put them into separate floders as jpg files. Problem is, when he plays them on a dvd player that plays jpg's the files are completely in the wrong order. Now, my suggestion was to reburn the files as just a constant stream of jpg's and record them as data files in the order he wants them viewed in. He is going to try that and see if the player recognizes the correct order but I wanted to see if there was a better solution to this problem?

Most players with a slideshow-type JPG playback put them in some sort of order, be it alpha or numeric. You should just be able to figure out its order and rename the files.

Or, as an option, use MemoriesOnTV software to create a really cool MPEG / DVD slide show.
