Either an attempt to get you to open an attachement (happens to me all the time) or you unwittingly sent a .scr file. I get viruses with that extension.

Many email servers (M$ in particular) will reject emails with most attachments (especially .src and .vbs). If you need to send attachments, zip or rar them first. If you did not send an attachment, you may have a worm or virus that is attaching it, or you may need to set your email type from html to ascii for this recipient.

Big question is, did you or your address send an email at that time or did someone just use your email address? I wouldn't worry about it too much, it looks like just a automated notice sent from a ISP email bot. I had a email address of mine used to send spam to several addresses and I got a similar message. I ended up dumping the address and getting a new one to keep from getting blamed for the spam. If you get more, you may have a problem.
If you did send the email, sounds like you may have a trojan, unless you wanted to send a .scr file. They are used often for viruses. -
I save the attachments to a floppy and run a free online web virus scanner on them. I get viruses all the time
