  1. Hi evryone,

I was looking for a program that does multi camera editing with both views showing at the same time and I found this program from United Media.........named quite simply "multi-cam". Here's a link for it. Has anyone every heard of this or have any comments. Thanks in advance.

  2. Never heard of it, but it looks kinda cool. For me, I would not drop the 300+ dollars on it. I would just go ahead and manually sync up the shots in Premiere.

But, if this is what you really need, this program looks promising.

what's it doing for you that can't be done manually? the hard part about syncing video footage is finding a common point... and I doubt that this program can automatically sync it for you.

  4. Well....the purpose of this program is too shorten the editing process if you use multi-cam taping. For example. 1 camera center 1 camera right angle. You take both angles and put on your hard drive. As for a start point...wait for your music or talking to start and back up 5 seconds. Now...this is the beautiful part. You just let it play and click on the angle you want in ral time as it's playing. It's like having a live switcher or production truck with you. When it's over you save and import into premeire. The clicks you did and all transferred and cut for you already. no more to do except if you want to add transitions. I think it's very very cool. Just looking for some hands on with it.
