  1. I tried searching, but can't find a definitive answer to this. Maybe there isn't one!

I've been successfully using DVD Decrypter / IFOEdit / Nero to backup my DVD-9s onto 2 DVD-5s. However, a friend of mine just asked for an explanation, and I realised just how complicated it is!

I haven't been keeping up with developments in this area in the past few months, so thought that maybe there is now a simpler program I could use? I tried DVDXCopy a while ago, but found it lacked much flexibility.

What do people use most often for this? I don't want to use any compression - I always go for 100% quality.

    All advice is MUCH appreciated

    Mark.

    Here's a guide for you.

It's for an older version of DVDShrink. But will work the same with the new one.

  3. Mark, a guide based on an even older version of DVD Shrink can be found here.
It is animated though, and the principle when using more recent versions is exactly the same.
