How to insert Dolby logo with final credits

I've got a gif file with the dolby digital logo and also a photoshop file around here. Does anybody know how to insert the logo with the final credits with Vegas 5.0?

I've made it possible with Macromedia Fireworks.
-open file (jpg)
-Choose Magic Wand tool and select the white backgroud, change color to green
-After changing all the background to green, choose Magic Wand Toll once again and select all parts of the logo, changing the color from black to white (if you need it).
-Open Vegas (or any other NLE that gets Chroma keyer effect);
-Open 4 video tracks;
-1st one: for the main video;
-2nd for the title (some other things you may want to add);
-3rd for the solid color - choose green;
-4th for the logo with the green background.
Make sure the 3rd and the 4th video files match the size (extension) of the video track number 2 as you may put the logo among the text generated on video track number 2.
Add Chroma keyer effect for video tracks 3 and 4. Choose pure green screen (Vegas does that!). Adjust threshold level for the Chroma keyer on file number 4 to have an outline or not for the text.
That's it. Easy...Easy.....
