I know this has been asked before but I still seem to be lost. I have a vob file of a music video. The file is 296MB, I want to find a way to convert it to Mpeg so I can make a DVD. What programs would I need to use to make the file smaller without losing too much of the quality and what program would I use to edit the video so that I can cut some parts out and add a whole new audio track to add the explicit version of the song.
