    With what? Are you asking for a way to rip the mpg out of a DVD?
    If so, rip with DVDDecrypter. Load the VOBs in ReJig and demux the m2v (video).

    Why need DVDDecrypter (ripping)? Can I copy and paste the VOD file from DVD to H/D?

    Oh, I was just assuming that it was a commercial encrypted DVD. If it's not, just copy the VOB files over to the HDD as you correctly point out!
