Only in Canada. These are the same people I found that like the taste of crepe paper and leaded paint chips. They also have lead water pipes. This is mostly for those Canadians who live well into the north. Those that live near big cities and closer to the American border just seem to have some sort of cleaning fetish along with a strong urning to add french to anything that is written in only english. :P Most Canadians are cool, though.
