Well, the title character limit got me this time, but the title is:
Do you choose a place to eat based on whether they serve Pepsi or Coke products?
(Idea taken from https://forum.videohelp.com/topic341407.html#1782531 )
I found this rather interesting because I didn't think no one would care enough to avoid a place just because what they serve to drink... obviously I was wrong.
So, what kind of guy are you? Pepsi guy, Coke guy, do you care if they serve this or that?
I really don't care what they serve where I'm eating, I just pick something and that's it, but my first choice is always tea (flavored or not).

I generally dont drink soda pop. Its really really rare. I will usually have iced tea and if not, bottled water.

If they don't serve Coke, then I tend to avoid eating there. But I prefer places that offer the choice (although they're getting harder and harder to find).

I tend to choose my places to eat based on the food not the drink.
I'm not loyal to one brand or the other but eating out I will generally have an iced tea or a beer. -

I don't care so much about Coke vs Pepsi but I do care if the only beer they serve is tasteless macrobrews. In fact my coworkers have found it amusing that when I ask the server for their tap selections and there's nothing good I instead choose water.
I am a Coke fan if offered a choice between the two but lately I've given up soda for water or tea unless I'm really craving it. I drink so much coffee throughout the day that I don't need another source of caffeine let alone sugar.FB-DIMM are the real cause of global warming -
I'm not going to pick a place because of their brand loyalty, especially when they don't have any. One week they serve coke, the next it's pepsi, and a month later it's back again. Aside from a few major chains, there is no loyalty. If they have coke, I'll drink it. If they only have pepsi then I'll drink water or die of thirst.

There are two sandwich places. I pick the one with Pepsi (Quiznos).
There are three grills. I pick the Pepsi (Applebees)
Only one Italian. They serve Coke. I eat there (Macaroni Grill)
There are two steakhouses. Again, the one with Pepsi gets me.
For fast food, Taco Bell gets me (subsidiary of Pepsi-Co, as Yum!)
I like Coca-Cola with my breakfast (Waffle House egg sandwich) ... my road food, I'm funny that way. It sounds really nasty to have eggs with Coke, but I like it on the road. I guess it helps wash the grease away!
I want cola with 1 meal about 4-5 times a week.
Coke can, and Dr Pepper does, make me sick. Fine with Pepsi.
I drink water, maybe unsweet iced tea, at places with no Pepsi.
Those times, I usually want water anyway, not cola.
I can't just drink a soda by itself. With a meal, or not at all.
I don't drink anything but fountain drinks. Pre-mixed drinks in bottled usually makes me sick. I don't understand it, I just obey what my body tells me.Want my help? Ask here! (not via PM!)

If they don't have Coke, I'll order water. Unless I NEED some caffeine, then I'll order Mt. Dew.

Mt. Dew actually has LESS caffeine that most normal colas. One of those old myths.

Well I don't "ban" a nonpepsi place from my list I just might not go there as often.
Of course an alternative is to order it to go and drink your pepsi at home!!!Donatello - The Shredder? Michelangelo - Maybe all that hardware is for making coleslaw? -

I must have gone to the same beer school as rallynavvie - I've also chosen water many times after hearing the tap selection.
And giving it a bit more thought - if I'm at a restaurant and I do happen to choose a cola it most likely will have a little rum in it... -

Makes no difference, i like coke but to tell you the truth I probably wouldn't even notice unless it was brought to my attention.
You think the waitress gets offended when you turn down the beer try it at a party. My GF gets pissed. Only thing worse than the your average American beer is your average American light beer. I'm preferential to Beck's dark, Bass when I'm having seafood (nothing better than Bass with a lobster) or a local brew called Yuengling, America's oldest brewery, http://www.yuengling.com/index.htm

Light beer = beer with water in it

OK - I'll jump in on that one:
Westvleteren
Guinness
Leffe
Jupiler
Duvel
Not necessarily in that order although Westvleteren is my personal favourite. In the beginning the Universe was created. This has made a lot of people very angry and been widely regarded as a bad move. -
I didn't think Belgians were allowed to have a favorite beer?
Bell's Oberon
KBC Empress Hefewiezen
Chimay White
Rogue Dead Guy
Stone Smoked Porter
Those are just a few, but Bell's Oberon has been my standout favorite since I first tried it. There are a ton more Belgians that I get whenever possible but normally I drink local craft beers.FB-DIMM are the real cause of global warming -
I enjoy most of Big Rock's darker brews but tend to order Kilkenny or Guinness (if I think they'll serve it a the right temperature) and sometimes Smithwicks if available.

I got one rule for beer.
If you can see through it, don't ******* drink it!
There are of course exceptions to every rule, but there are few exceptions to this rule.

Now beer is something I cannot speak on. To me, it all tastes the same (except light beers which taste like beer flavored water). One beer that does taste different to me is Guinness.

Back on topic: I love COKE! Pepsi is absolutely not acceptable. Ever.
RC on the other hand, the ORIGINAL cola, is also quite good.
RC with Crown Royal = Crown & Crown = The Big Dog. MMMMMMM.... Good stuff.
I don't believe I've ever seen RC in a fountain set-up though..."To steal ideas from one person is plagiarism; to steal from many is research." - Steven Wright
