  1. Greetings to all.
    I don't know what to do next...
    If I install Adobe Premiere 7 Pro, when I exit the program I can't watch any video (BSPlayer crashes, media player crashes) Xvid, divx, etc... won't even play (besides a black screen) I then must reboot, install DirectX again (9.0b) and then I can see all the videos. If I run premiere again, same thing happens, and I have to intall again DirectX (don't know if this is the solution, but It's the only thing that works) to be able to see any movie.

    If I install Adobe Premiere 6.5, the program slowwwws down when I have more that 5 minutes in the timeline. And the brightness/contrast of the picture is all messed up (too damn dark to see anything, unless i press Enter to preview the fottage)

    I don't know what's going on... Could it be DirectX? Or hardware/software conflict? Under the hood I have:

    AMD ATHLON XP 2.6
    512 DDR 400 in Dual Channel
    108 GB HD (50 just for capturing)
    GeForce FX5200
    <bla bla bla>
    Conceptronics Firewire PCI card

    Please, any insight on this problem is welcome.
    Cheers

  4. Yeah? Vegas Video 5? Why do you say it is better than Premiere Pro?
