    i downloaded a folder named "movie.NTSC-BHP"

    inside contains a large number of files (88 files) named like:
    bhp-movie.001

    it suposed to be a DVDR folder ready to toast but...I don't know waht the f. is this BHP thing.

    It is nothing. For example, if the file would be yours, it could be called "movie.NTSC-BARADIT" and its format would be the same. However, the .001 suffix means it is probably compressed in RAR format. Use UnrarX to decompress.
