    Hi!
    I want Region code free for Philips 743 DVD player,
    but i don't have the universal remote handset "One-For-All". What can i do ? Plz HELP !!!

    Try hitting Circuit City and get a cheap one. Looks like you'll have to fork over cash for region free.
