    What software can you use to burn ps2 games without the use of a modchip in a ps2? And secondly, what emulator works so that you can play ps2 games on the pc?

    If there was a program then there wouldn't be a need for a Mod-Chip!! Everyone would have that program and you would never hear of a mod chip

    No emulator yet. When/if it does come, you'll need a 10-15GHz machine to play it, since the DreamCast emulator needs 3Ghz+ to get like 2 fps.

    burn ps2 games
    No need for a mod chip to burn them, but you sure need one to play your copies!

    Actually you can. Get a hold of the Sony PS2 writer & Software, about $35,000 for the unit plus the software. Get some Sony PS2 disks that work with it (Im sure no store has these) & you're all set.
